Carbon Fiber Cloth Sheet offers pre-cut, dimensionally stable fabric panels designed for direct use in layup, prototyping, and small-batch manufacturing. Each sheet is cut from continuous roll stock with sealed edges to prevent fraying and maintain tow integrity. Sheets are available in square and rectangular formats, with thicknesses ranging from 0.20 mm to 1.10 mm depending on the base fabric areal weight. The material is supplied with the same sizing and weave options as standard roll goods, ensuring consistent mechanical properties across all sheet dimensions. This product eliminates the need for in-house cutting, reducing material waste and preparation time.

Handling & Application
- Sheets are interleaved with protective paper to prevent surface abrasion during storage and transport.
- Vacuum bagging compatible: use 0.6 – 0.9 bar pressure for uniform compaction.
- For hand layup, apply resin using a roller or brush; sheet porosity allows rapid impregnation.
- Sheets can be stacked with peel ply between layers for multi-ply preforming.
- Store flat in original packaging at 15–28 °C, ≤ 60% RH. Shelf life: 18 months.
