Engineered using Toray T700 carbon fiber prepreg with a polypropylene honeycomb or polymer core. The paddle construction delivers a structural stiffness of 12-15 kN/m, weight range 7.8–8.4 oz (220–238 g), and surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm for consistent ball release. Manufacturing process includes high-pressure molding (150 psi, 130°C) to achieve tensile strength of 800 MPa in the face sheet.
