Prepreg Carbon Fiber Cloth is a woven fabric pre-impregnated with a precisely formulated epoxy resin system under controlled manufacturing conditions. The resin content is held to a tolerance of ±2%, ensuring consistent fiber-to-resin ratio across every square meter. This eliminates the variability associated with manual resin application, delivering predictable mechanical properties and laminate quality. The cloth is supplied with interleaved release paper and is stored at low temperature to maintain handling characteristics. Available in plain, twill, and satin weaves with tow sizes from 3k to 12k and areal weights from 200 to 600 g/m². Suitable for autoclave, press, and vacuum bag cure cycles.

Yes. The prepreg can be cured in a convection oven with vacuum bag only (0.8–0.95 bar). However, autoclave pressure (5–7 bar) is recommended to achieve optimal fiber volume fraction (≥ 58%) and minimize void content for structural applications.
