Carbon Fiber Suitcase with Spinner Wheels
Constructed from 3K twill weave carbon fiber prepreg with a polycarbonate inner shell for impact distribution. The suitcase weighs 2.8 kg to 3.6 kg depending on size (carry-on 55cm to large checked 80cm). Four dual-spinner wheels with 60 mm diameter and sealed bearings provide 360-degree rotation. Telescopic handle with aluminum alloy tubes and three-stage locking positions. TSA-approved combination lock integrated into the main closure system.

Carbon fiber shell provides 35-50 percent mass reduction compared to polycarbonate cases of equivalent wall thickness, reducing passenger load and handling effort.

Static load rating 30 kg per case. Structural integrity maintained up to 25 kg dynamic load during normal baggage handling.
Wheel replacement procedure
Wheels secured by M4 screws accessible from the inner shell. Replacement kits available with screwdriver included. Bearing replacement recommended every 500 km of rolling distance.
Repair for shell cracks
Carbon fiber shell not field-repairable. Structural damage requires factory inspection and replacement. Surface scratches can be polished with automotive compound.
Storage and handling notes
[T] Temperature range for storage: -10°C to 50°C. Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve UV coating integrity.
