Yellow epoxy sheet
Yellow epoxy fiberglass sheet manufactured from woven E-glass fabric impregnated with brominated epoxy resin. The sheet provides reliable electrical insulation with dielectric strength of 20-28 kV/mm and water absorption below 0.15 percent after 24 hours immersion. The yellow pigmentation enables visual identification for electrical insulation applications. The material is self-extinguishing per UL 94 V-0 and maintains structural integrity at continuous operating temperatures up to 130°C.

FAQ
▶ Machining recommendations
Carbide tools recommended. Feed 0.05-0.10 mm/rev, spindle 20,000-40,000 RPM. Support sheet fully during machining.
▶ Thermal cycling limits
-40°C to 130°C. Warpage below 0.3% after 100 cycles. Degradation above 150°C.
▶ Chemical compatibility
Resistant to acetone, ethanol, oils. Avoid concentrated sulfuric acid and strong alkalines.
