Aerospace Carbon Fiber Woven Fabric is manufactured under AS9100D certified quality management systems, ensuring the highest levels of consistency, traceability, and performance required for aviation and space applications. The fabric utilizes high-strength PAN-based carbon fiber with a minimum tensile strength of 4200 MPa and modulus of 240 GPa. Available in 3k, 6k, and 12k tow sizes with plain, twill, and satin weaves. Areal weights range from 160 to 600 g/m² with a tolerance of ±2%. Each roll is supplied with full certification including mechanical property verification, resin compatibility data, and complete batch traceability from precursor to finished product. Suitable for primary and secondary aerospace structures, interiors, and repair applications.
