Plain Weave Carbon Kevlar Fabric is a high-performance hybrid reinforcement that combines high-strength carbon fiber (3500–4200 MPa) with aramid (Kevlar) fiber in a stable 1×1 plain weave architecture. This construction delivers the stiffness and tensile strength of carbon paired with the superior impact resistance, toughness, and abrasion resistance of Kevlar. The plain weave provides maximum dimensional stability and accurate fiber alignment, making it suitable for precision applications. Available in 3k carbon / 1000d Kevlar configurations with areal weights from 200 to 400 g/m². This hybrid fabric is ideal for applications requiring both structural rigidity and damage tolerance — including aerospace, automotive, and industrial components.
